草菇用纯稻草栽培,因料过松不利于保温保湿,产量太低;用棉籽壳栽培,产量较高,但透气性差,烧料严重,培养料不能充分利用。为此,我们采用垄底先铺稻草再铺棉籽壳的双层料栽培法,生物学效率达37.4%,现简介如下:(一)材料与方法:供试菌株V2383,引自山东省农科院土肥所。设三个处理:(1)稻草把栽培:选新鲜不霉变的稻草在pH12的石灰水中浸24小时,用清水冲至pH8左右,拧成把,每把折干重500克。再将
