目的建立一测多评法(QAMS)测定类叶牡丹Caulophyllum robustum中cauloside G、cauloside H、leonticin D、cauloside D、cauloside B和cauloside C的量。方法以类叶牡丹皂苷成分cauloside G为内参物,计算该成分与cauloside H、leonticin D、cauloside D、cauloside B和cauloside C的相对校正因子,并用获得的相对校正因子计算指标性皂苷的量,实现QAMS。同时用外标法测定药材中6种成分的量,考察QAMS的可行性。结果相对校正因子的重现性良好,8个产地的17批药材的QAMS计算值与外标法实测值没有显著性差异。结论在对照品缺乏的情况下,QAMS可用于类叶牡丹药材的质量评价,方法准确、可靠。
Objective To establish a multiplex assay (QAMS) for the determination of cauloside G, cauloside H, leonticin D, cauloside D, cauloside B and cauloside C in Caulophyllum robustum. Methods Using cauloside G as an internal control, the relative correction factors of cauloside H, leonticin D, cauloside D, cauloside B and cauloside C were calculated. The relative saponin QAMS. At the same time, the contents of six components in medicinal materials were determined by external standard method and the feasibility of QAMS was investigated. Results The reproducibility of the relative calibration factors was good. There was no significant difference between the QAMS values of the 17 batches of medicinal materials from 8 batches of raw materials and those of the external standard method. Conclusion QAMS can be used to evaluate the quality of medicinal materials of leaf peony in the absence of reference substance. The method is accurate and reliable.
