如何对小型涡轮增压器的转速进行测量是小型涡轮增压器的研制、与发动机配套工作中首先要遇到的问题。目前常用的几种方法有:进气管内电磁感应法、进气管外电容谐振法、非谐振法、磁阻法和电感谐振法等。采用这些方法所研制的传感器均存在一些不足之处,故提出本次新研制的适用于小型涡轮增压器管外直接测量的转速传感器。一、设计要求与结构原理 1.设计要求 (1)传感器能感应出足够强的输出信号,不需经过放大即可直接输入数字转速表测速,传感器输出电压大于100mV;
