内管板式冰箱蒸发器成形技术是一种基于两铝板轧制焊台的成形技术,轧前对两板作表面处理,印刷阻焊剂,再经大变形量热轧实现两板的冶金焊合。轧后向复合板内涂有阻焊剂部位接通高压气,迫使其向两侧涨起形成板内管道,在管道口再焊上接管构成一个完整的蒸发器。整个成形技术的四大关键是:阻焊剂及其涂复、轧制焊、吹涨、焊接。
The tube-in-tube refrigerator evaporator forming technology is a forming technique based on two aluminum plate rolling welding stations. Before the rolling, the two plates are surface-treated, the solder resist is printed, and the metallurgy welding of the two plates is realized by the large deformation amount of hot rolling. After rolling the composite plate coated with solder resist parts connected to the high-pressure gas, forced it to rise up to both sides of the board to form a plate in the pipe port and then welded on to form a complete evaporator. The four key elements of the entire forming technology are: solder resist and its coating, rolling welding, blowing up, welding.
