文化力,简而言之,就是文化作用于人所产生的效应,也可以说是文化中存在的力量。文化力是一个组织发展的灵魂,同时也是一个组织生命力的源泉。在中小企业设计管理的研究中引入文化力概念,无疑会给我国的现代设计和设计管理以新的启示。从目前国内设计管理的研究情况来看,多在阐述程式化、模式化的外在的物化内容,忽视设计管理中内在的软战略和文化力问题。设计工作极富创造性也极需创造性,只从理性科学管理的角度出发,忽视或轻视设计工作中感性和艺术成分是不可行的。基于此,文章提出设计管理中文化力整合开发的概念,通过对中小制造企业组织内外文化理念的整合与开发,提升企业创新能力,进而使其开发出富有生命力的产品。
Cultural power, in short, is the effect of culture on human beings, and can also be said to be the power of culture. Cultural power is the soul of an organization’s development, but also a source of organizational vitality. The introduction of the concept of cultural power in the study of SME design management will undoubtedly give new inspiration to our country’s modern design and design management. From the current situation of research on design management in China, most of them are expatiating stylized and stylized extrinsic materialized contents, neglecting the inherent soft strategy and cultural force in design management. Design work is very creative and very creative, only from the perspective of rational science management, neglect or neglect of design work emotional and artistic composition is not feasible. Based on this, the article puts forward the concept of integrated development of cultural force in design management. Through the integration and development of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises’ organization of internal and external cultural ideas, the article enhances the enterprise’s innovation ability and further develops its products with vitality.
