Improving people’s livelihood and paying attention to people’s livelihood are hot issues of social concern and have become the most important task of the party committees and governments at all levels. Serving the people and building the livelihood archives is the best starting point for the archives departments to serve the construction of a harmonious society and the timely response to the situation. So, how to do a good job of people’s livelihood files, and better to improve people’s livelihood services? I believe that should be started from the following aspects: 1. To establish a coordinated and orderly, efficient management mechanism for livelihood files. The people’s livelihood archives are historical records that have taken place in various management activities concerning the livelihood of the people and are the original vouchers for safeguarding the vital interests of the people. They are numerous
