随着我国经济的快速发展,林业工程作为国民经济构成的重要部分,兼具生态、经济、社会三大效益,其数量与质量直接关系到国民经济建设、生态环境保护、社会可持续发展的各个方面。同时,造价难以确定、审计制度不配套、工程资金管理混乱等一系列困境,使得林业工程建设管理面临新的机遇与挑战。因此,本文在明确林业工程的特点及存在问题的基础上,阐述了以可行性分析为核心的工程立项管理,最后基于分析结果,有针对性地提出了在当前形势下,林业工程的建设管理优化策略以及竣工决算与审计工作。
With the rapid economic development in our country, forestry engineering, as an important part of the national economy, has the three major benefits of ecology, economy and society. The quantity and quality of forestry projects are directly related to the national economic construction, ecological environment protection and social sustainable development aspect. At the same time, it is difficult to determine the cost, the audit system is not complete, and the project management is a mess of funds management, which makes forestry project construction and management face new opportunities and challenges. Therefore, based on the characteristics and existing problems of forestry project, this paper expounds the project management with feasibility analysis as the core. Finally, based on the analysis results, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the management of forestry project under the current situation Optimization strategy and final accounts and audits.
