农历春节的脚步近了,家家户户开始除旧布新。据了解,每逢春节前夕,罹患“家庭主妇症候群”的病人增多,如肌肉拉伤、清洁剂等化学制剂接触性皮炎等,严重的甚至影响到生活。那么,在忙着除旧布新时,该如何避免这些意外伤害呢?勿超负荷劳动要预防年节扫除伤害,首先要有充足的体力。所以在劳动之前要好好休息,养足精神再开工,这样才会干劲十足,也会避免因疲惫不堪而导致的身体不适。
