资源整合是一种策略联盟。这种策略联盟的出现要有两个条件:一个是要有高瞻远瞩、胸怀广阔的战略家,他们已经站在全产业的高度,看到了整个国家的发展态势,更看到了产业变革的未来,他们是做格局的人;二是要有对资源的取长补短的认识,通过对电影电视全产业链的了解,知道整合的途径何在,并且打破传统的观念,敢于开拓新的格局。人和观念是两大重要的条件,有了它们,影视产业的资源整合就可能迈出大步。国有企业集团在这方面应该有所作为。民企在这些方面有很成功的实践,甚至几大原先对立的公司都可以整合到一起,以发挥更大的市场影响力,继而近乎垄断市场。
Resource integration is a strategic alliance. There are two conditions for the emergence of this strategic alliance: one is to have a far-sighted and broad-minded strategist who has stood at the height of the whole industry, has seen the development trend of the entire country, and has even seen the future of industrial change. Is to do the pattern of people; the second is to have the resources to learn from each other, through the full understanding of the film and television industry chain, to know where the integration, and to break the traditional concept, the courage to open up new patterns. People and ideas are two important conditions, with them, the integration of resources in the film industry may take big strides. State-owned enterprise groups should do something in this regard. Private enterprises have very successful practices in these areas, and even some of the original opposites can be brought together to exert greater market influence and thus almost monopolize the market.
