探究小组合作技能考核对中职护生基础护理学学习效果的影响。选择2016年9月至2017年1月期间进行基础护理学教育的两个班级,按照不同的技能考核方式将两个班级的中职护生分为两组,一组进行传统技能考核法,设为传统组;另一组进行小组合作技能考核法,设为合作组,比较两种考核方法对中职护生基础护理学学习效果的影响,采用自制调查表,调查两组学生的对考核方法的评价。合作组中职生的平均成绩均高于传统组,且合作组中职生对技能考核方法的满意度高于传统组,差异较为明显差异(P<0.05)。小组合作技能考核能够调动中职护生的积极性,加强学生自主学习主观能动性,提高学习效率,值得推荐。
The Effect of Exploring Group ’s Cooperative Skill Test on Learning Effect of Secondary Nursing Students’ Basic Nursing. The two classes for basic nursing education between September 2016 and January 2017 were selected. Two classes of secondary vocational students were divided into two groups according to different skills assessment methods. One group carried out the traditional skills assessment method, As the traditional group; the other group of group cooperation skills assessment method, as a cooperative group, comparing the two assessment methods on secondary nursing students basic nursing learning effects, the use of self-made questionnaire to investigate the two groups of students assessment methods evaluation of. The average grades of vocational students in cooperative group were higher than those in traditional group, and the satisfaction of vocational students in cooperative group was higher than that in traditional group (P <0.05). Team cooperation skills assessment can mobilize the enthusiasm of secondary nursing students, to enhance students’ autonomous learning subjective initiative, improve learning efficiency, it is recommended.
