目的探讨人附睾蛋白4(HE4)联合糖类抗原199(CA199)及糖类抗原724(CA724)血清检测在卵巢癌患者中的诊断价值。方法以该院妇科2015年6月-2016年10月收治的卵巢癌患者86例(卵巢癌组)及卵巢良性疾病患者120例(卵巢良性组)为研究对象,同时以同期120例前来体检的健康女性为对照(健康对照组)。所有对象均采集静脉血,根据试剂盒说明进行HE4、CA199以及CA724水平检测,比较分析各组间检测结果。结果卵巢癌组患者HE4、CA199以及CA724血清水平和阳性率分别为[(103.8±13.9)pmol/L,76.74%]、[(125.5±24.9)U/ml,48.84%]、[(44.7±14.6)U/ml,47.67%]均显著高于卵巢良性组[(57.2±9.28)pmol/L,5.83%]、[(32.2±14.5)U/ml,20.83%]、[(11.1±5.7)U/ml,15.00%],健康对照组[(36.8±8.6)pmol/L,2.50%]、[(27.9±10.3)U/ml,5.83%]、[(9.6±3.1)U/ml,3.33%],差异均有统计学意义(F=6.457、7.582、6.432;χ~2=0.965、0.658、0.747,均P<0.05);卵巢癌组3项指标联合检测的敏感度(87.21%)显著高于各单项指标(76.74%、48.84%、47.67%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=0.758,P<0.05)。结论 (1)血清HE4、CA199以及CA724的表达均与卵巢癌有着密切关系,在卵巢癌诊断中具有重要价值;(2)3项指标联合检测的敏感度显著高于各单项指标检测,3项联合检测在卵巢癌检测中具有很高的临床价值。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of human epididymal protein 4 (HE4) combined with carbohydrate antigen 199 (CA199) and carbohydrate antigen 724 (CA724) in ovarian cancer patients. Methods 86 patients with ovarian cancer (ovarian cancer group) and 120 patients with benign ovarian disease (benign ovarian group) admitted to the hospital from June 2015 to October 2016 were enrolled in this study.
