近年来,部分国外跨国公司通过并购方式进入国内市场,国内并购市场日益活跃,我国企业界面临激烈的并购竞争。本文提出了上市公司企业并购中存在的问题,并做了相应的对策研究。
In recent years, some foreign multinationals have entered the domestic market through mergers and acquisitions, and the domestic M & A market is increasingly active. The Chinese enterprises are faced with fierce M & A competition. This paper puts forward the problems existing in the mergers and acquisitions of listed companies and makes corresponding countermeasures.
