国家信息中心经济专家最近指出,自实施计划经济向市场经济、粗放型经济向集约型经济“两个转变”战略开始,中国经济进入一个新阶段,这个阶段中国经济表现出与以往不同的五大特征。 特征之一,企业两极分化加快,宏观效益好与微观效益差并存。一方面,亏损企业增加亏损面上升,下岗职工增多;另一方面,一大批优势企业获得迅速发展,国民经济总体实力增强,经济总量快速增长,市场上名牌产品比重上升,出口迅速增长。
