目的探讨当归对阴虚哮喘小鼠的平喘作用及对肺组织中水通道蛋白5(AQP5)表达的影响。方法通过注射卵清白蛋白(OVA)致敏、吸入OVA激发的方法复制哮喘小鼠模型,实验后期给予甲状腺素复制阴虚哮喘模型,观测哮喘发作及其程度、肺功能、肺液清除功能,血清白介素-13(IL-13)、α-肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的水平和肺组织中AQP5及其基因的表达。结果当归能抑制哮喘发作并缓解其症状,改善肺功能,促进肺组织AQP5及其基因的表达,降低血清IL-13与TNF-α的水平;当归与地塞米松配伍后,对改善肺功能、调节AQP5及其基因表达等有一定的协同作用。结论当归具有一定的平喘作用,调节AQP5及基因表达进而促进肺组织水代谢平衡是其作用机制之一。
Objective To investigate the antiasthmatic effect of Angelica sinensis on asthenospermia mice and its effect on aquaporin 5 (AQP5) expression in lung tissue. Methods The asthma model was induced by injecting ovalbumin (OVA) sensitized and inhaled OVA challenge. At the end of the experiment, the model of asthma with hypothyroxypyra was given, and the asthma attack and its extent, pulmonary function, pulmonary fluid clearance, serum Interleukin-13 (IL-13), α-tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) and the expression of AQP5 and its genes in lung tissue. Results Angelica sinensis can inhibit the onset of asthma and relieve the symptoms, improve lung function, promote the expression of AQP5 and its gene in lung tissue, and decrease the level of serum IL-13 and TNF-α. Angelica sinensis and dexamethasone can improve the lung function, Regulate AQP5 and its gene expression have some synergy. Conclusion Angelica sinensis has a certain antiasthmatic effect, regulating AQP5 and gene expression and thus promote the balance of water metabolism of lung tissue is one of the mechanisms.
