核磁共振法(简称NMR法)用于动力学研究的主要特点是在平衡态下测量反应速度参数,因此NMR法对某些分子平均寿命τ=1~10-~3sec的快速可逆反应速度参数测量有独到之处,本文用目前很多“高校”所具有的60MHz JNM-PMX60Si型核磁共振仪测量丙酮酸水合反应速度参数,该实验荟集了NMR法测量动力学参数的主要特点,所测数据比较稳定可靠,为此本文在实验的基础上将该实验介绍给读者参考。
