气管插管是抢救呼吸及心搏骤停、呼吸衰竭、窒息、呼吸肌麻痹和呼吸抑制疾病患者的重要手段,能否迅速成功地气管插管是抢救成功的关键。我科2003—01～2007—03共收治36例困难气管插管患者,现将其困难气管插管原因及对策进行临床分析,报道如下。
Endotracheal intubation is an important means of rescuing respiratory and cardiac arrest, respiratory failure, asphyxia, respiratory muscle paralysis and respiratory depression patients. The successful and successful tracheal intubation is the key to successful rescue. Our department from 2003-01 to 2007-03 were treated 36 cases of patients with tracheal intubation, now its difficult reasons for tracheal intubation and clinical analysis, reported as follows.
