随着我国改革开放进程不断深入,职工在精神面貌、思想观念、价值取向、心理和生活追求方面都产生了巨大变化,工会思想政治工作面临挑战。新时期的公会思想政治工作,除了要继承和发扬优良传统之外,还应该积极探索,努力创新,从而推动公会不断发展,以适应时代的需求。本文将结合传统的公会思想政治工作模式的问题与不足,简要分析几点创新措施,以期能够为公会思想政治工作创新做出一点微末的贡献。
With the continuous deepening of the reform and opening up in our country, the workers have undergone tremendous changes in terms of their mental outlook, ideology, values, psychology and pursuit of life. The ideological and political work in trade unions is facing challenges. In addition to inheriting and developing fine traditions, the ideological and political work of the guild in the new period should also be actively explored and strive to be innovative so as to promote the continuous development of the guild to meet the needs of the times. This article will combine the problems and shortcomings of the traditional guild’s ideological and political work mode, and briefly analyze some innovative measures in order to make a slight contribution to the innovation of guild’s ideological and political work.
