用泥浆－凝胶法制备了石墨材料抗氧化梯度膜，通过Ｘ射线衍射对涂层进行了晶相分析，并用扫描电镜分析了涂层的成分，证实了涂层中ＳｉＣ浓度呈梯度分布。氧化实验及热循环实验表明，样品具有极好的抗氧化能力和抗热震能力。
An anti-oxidation graded graphite film was prepared by the slurry-gel method. The crystal phase of the coating was characterized by X-ray diffraction. The composition of the coating was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy. It was confirmed that the concentration of SiC in the coating was gradient. Oxidation experiments and thermal cycling experiments show that the samples have excellent oxidation resistance and thermal shock resistance.
