左房终末电势(PTF—V_1),是指心电图V_1导联上的P波呈正负双向时,其负向部分的宽度(S)与振幅(mm)二者的乘积。本文拟就55例年龄在40岁以上通过按冠心病常规治疗或抗高血压治疗症状有改善的患者,对其既往的心电图进行分析,并且与年龄在32岁以上,不具有上述症状或有而按前者办法治疗无变化的60例受检者既往心电图进行相互对比,其PTF—V_1的变化具有显著的差异。现报道如下:
