目的:探讨升麻解毒汤配合上颌窦穿刺置管冲洗、窦内吸氧、上颌窦灌注治疗儿童慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法:将160例本病患者随机分为两组,治疗组80例予升麻解毒汤配合上颌窦三联治疗,对照组80例采用鼻窦负压置换疗法加小剂量红霉素治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为91.25%,对照组总有效率为76.25%,两组比较,P<0.05。结论:升麻解毒汤配合上颌窦三联治疗儿童慢性鼻-鼻窦炎安全有效。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Zhimadu Decoction combined with maxillary sinus puncture and catheter irrigation, sinus oxygenation and maxillary sinus perfusion in children with chronic rhinosinusitis. Methods: One hundred and sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups. 80 cases in the treatment group were given Shengma Jiedu Decoction combined with triple therapy of maxillary sinus, and 80 cases in the control group were treated by negative pressure replacement therapy with small dose of erythromycin. Results: The total effective rate was 91.25% in the treatment group and 76.25% in the control group, P <0.05. Conclusion: Cimic dextrose combined with maxillary sinus triple therapy for chronic rhinosinusitis in children is safe and effective.
