谁能从运营业务、异步传输模式(ATM)、交换业务、远程存取、帧中继、Internet访问、无线数据这些词中指出什么是热门或什么将冷下来?不是件简单的事。 每年,《DATA COMM》总是力图从诸多热点中找出一些将对社团网络产生影响和改变用户工作方式的产品及服务来。虽然产品的供应商们都曾许诺将在1995年初供货,但有一些迄今还没有发布。由于未曾测试过这些产品,所以在一定程度上得靠直觉。
Who can point out from the words Business Operations, Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM), Switched Business, Remote Access, Frame Relay, Internet Access, Wireless Data, what is hot or what’s going to cool down? It’s not a trivial matter. Each year, DATA COMM always tries to find out from many hot spots some products and services that will affect the social network and change the way users work. Although product suppliers have promised to be available by early 1995, some have not yet been released. To some extent, you have to be intuitive because you never tested these products.
