当前木材,楠竹的防洪保安工作已经进入紧张阶段。据气象预报:今年我省大部分地区雨水集中在二季度,总降雨量将比去年同期增多,因而,今年木材、楠竹的水上保安工作,不容存在任何麻痹僥倖心理,为了吸取去年冲失木材的严重教训,要求各级党委、各級政府立即组织检查,切实贯彻执行“以运为主,防重于救”的方針,扎扎实实地作好今年木材、楠竹的水上保安工作。为此,特作如下通知:
