为了研制高致密度铜坯 ,应用电磁连铸工艺于铜圆坯连铸 ,探索电磁连铸技术在铜连铸上的可行性。通过改变电流和频率 ,以便找出其对磁场分布的影响。对空载下圆坯结晶器内的磁场进行了测量和分析 ,并由此得到了源电流对磁场分布的影响。同时采用有限元法ANSYS商业软件求解 ,为进一步开展研究建立了一定的基础
