目的:探讨正常青春期睾丸血流灌注情况与睾丸体积和年龄的关系。方法:CDFI对141例正常青春期青少年的睾丸体积和睾丸内血流显像分别进行观测并分级。对睾丸内血流显像与睾丸体积和年龄的相关性分别统计分析。结果:正常青春期左、右两侧睾丸血流显像无显著性差异(P>0.05)。睾丸内血流信号显像级别与睾丸体积存在正相关:Scale=0.035ms时r=0.198(P<0.01),Scale=0.047ms时r=0.269(P<0.01)。睾丸内血流信号显像级别与年龄也存在正相关:Scale=0.035ms时r=0.175(P<0.01),Scale=0.047ms时r=0.219(P<0.01)。结论:正常青春期睾丸内血流信号的显像级别与睾丸体积和年龄均密切相关,睾丸体积的相关性大于年龄的相关性。当应用CDFI评价青春期睾丸内血流灌注情况时,睾丸体积是一个更为适合的参照指标。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between testicular blood flow and testicular volume and age in normal adolescence. Methods: CDFI was used to observe and classify the testicular volume and testicular blood flow in 141 adolescent adolescents. The correlation between testicular blood flow imaging and testicular volume and age were statistically analyzed. Results: There was no significant difference in testis blood flow imaging between the left and right sides of normal adolescence (P> 0.05). There was a positive correlation between testicular blood flow imaging and testicular volume: r = 0.198 (P <0.01) at Scale = 0.035 ms and r = 0.269 (P <0.01) at Scale = 0.047 ms. There was also a positive correlation between the level of blood flow imaging and age in testis: r = 0.175 (P <0.01) at Scale = 0.035ms and r = 0.219 (P <0.01) at Scale = 0.047ms. CONCLUSION: The imaging level of blood flow in normal adolescent testes is closely related to testicular volume and age, and the correlation between testicular volume and age is more relevant. When using CDFI to assess intrahepatic testis perfusion, testicular volume is a more suitable reference.
