目的研究消渴丸对大鼠2型糖尿病的治疗作用,并与格列本脲进行对照研究。方法 100只雄性SD大鼠,取12只为正常对照组,其余大鼠给予高脂饲料。4周后以链脲佐菌素(STZ)30 mg/kg ip,将随机血糖≥11.1mmol/L并剔除血糖过高或胰岛素过低的大鼠,按血糖(BG)水平随机分为:模型组,消渴丸高、低剂量组(1、0.5 g/kg·d),格列本脲高、低剂量组(1、0.5 mg/kg·d),每组12~13只,灌胃给药,连续12 W。观察药物对糖尿病大鼠体重、尿量、摄食量、饮水量、BG、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、胰岛素(Ins)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)的影响。结果与正常组相比,模型组大鼠BG、HbA1c、HOMA-IR、尿量、摄食量、饮水量显著升高,Ins、体重显著下降。与模型组相比,消渴丸高、低剂量组组和格列本脲高、低剂量组大鼠BG、HbA1c、HOMA-IR、尿量、摄食量、饮水量明显下降,Ins和体重明显升高。与格列本脲组高、低剂量组比较,消渴丸高、低剂量组组大鼠BG、HOMA-IR和HbA1c进一步降低(P<0.05)。结论消渴丸(1、0.5 g/kg·d)灌胃给药对大鼠2型糖尿病有良好的治疗作用,消渴丸的降糖和改善胰岛素抵抗作用优于等量的格列本脲。

Compared with glyburide group, the levels of BG, HOMA-IR and HbA1c in high dose and low dose group of Xiaoke Pill group were decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion Xiaoke Pill (1, 0.5 g / kg · d) administered orally has a good therapeutic effect on type 2 diabetes in rats. Xiaoke Pill has better hypoglycemic effect and insulin resistance than glibenclamide .
