新形势要求我们必须加快财产申报制度的立法进程,建立具有中国特色的财产申报制度。本文介绍了财产申报制度的一般理论,分析了我国目前财产申报相关规定的不足,在此基础上提出了几点完善我国公务员财产申报制度的建议。
The new situation requires that we must speed up the legislative process of the property declaration system and establish a property declaration system with Chinese characteristics. This article introduces the general theory of the property declaration system, analyzes the shortcomings of the current provisions of the property declaration in our country, and on this basis puts forward some suggestions to improve the system of declaring the property of civil servants in our country.
