奉省财委(53)财经计综字第十七号通知:接华北财委(53)财经秘交字第一号通知转发:「中财委(53)财委交字第二七号通知,以前中央财委(52)财经计交字第二九九号铁路、航运计划会议纪录第二条规定七种物资,不论多少,概以批准之要车计划为合同,按前颁合同决定办理。但因前颁合同决定的七种物资未具体明确范围,致近来各部门在执行中时有分歧意见发生,为此特明确规定七种物资所包括的品类如附表,自四月份遵照执行。」希即遵照执行为要。
