我厂一台十米简易立式车床,导轨副的润滑为液体静压技术,由于静压失常,造成立车导轨面严重咬坏,损伤达导轨宽度(700毫米)的3/5。根据我厂的条件,要修复这种大型床身与工作台是困难的。我们利用现有条件,利用原机床的床身,添置少量而简单的工具,对被咬坏的机床导轨表面进行了修复工作,取得良好的效果。由于立车导轨副采用液体静压润滑,对导轨表面的平直度及光洁度要求均较高。而导轨表面的咬伤部分深度达1~2毫米,故采取先车平床身和工作台导轨表面,然后对工作台、床身导轨面进行刮研,以达到规定的技术要求。立车床身重40吨,是由两爿零件拼合为整体的。车平床身导轨表面之前必须先调平床身,这是修复床身和工作台导轨表面的一个重要步骤。根据
