经济新常态背景下,如何构建产学研协同创新平台成为不同地区发展的重点。在本论文中,笔者首先论述了产学研协同创新平台构建的意义,而后分析了当前河南省产学研协同创新平台构建过程中存在的问题,最后提出了相应的解决对策,对未来河南省的发展有一定的积极意义。
Under the new economic normal background, how to construct a collaborative innovation platform of production, education and research has become the focus of development in different regions. In this thesis, the author first discusses the significance of collaborative innovation platform for production, learning and research, and then analyzes the problems existing in the process of constructing collaborative innovation platform of industry-university-research institute in Henan Province. Finally, it puts forward corresponding solutions to the future development of Henan Province Have some positive meaning.
