李国民(中共中国影协分党组书记):这个会的目的是请各位专家更宏观、更放松地对八部影片进行深入的艺术探讨。长沙会议提出的九五五零工程,充分地调动了广大电影工作者的激情,既有动力也有压力。三年来拍出了《红河谷》《离开雷锋的日子》《喜莲》《大转折》等优秀影片,市场回报也很好。三性统一的号召,既符合艺术规律,也符合观众的要求。去年以来,除了大家看过的这八部以外,还有《一代天骄成吉思汗》等一些优秀影片。回头看,许多影片虽然得到了党和政府的肯定、观众的欢迎,但是如果我们对自己提出更高的要求,特别是在三性统一方面,还需要努力,需要认真总结。
Li Guomin (CPC Party Committee Secretary of the China Film Association): The purpose of this meeting is to ask all the experts to conduct a more extensive and even more relaxed macro discussion of eight films. The 9550 project proposed by the Changsha Conference fully mobilized the enthusiasm of the majority of film workers, both motivated and stressed. In the past three years, “Red River Valley”, “Leaving Feng Lei’s Day”, “Helene” and “Big Turns” were excellent videos with good market returns. The call for the unification of the three is in line with the laws of art and meets the requirements of the audience. Since last year, in addition to the eight we have seen, there are some outstanding films such as “Genghis Khan of the Tianjiao Generation.” Looking back, many films, although affirmed by the party and the government, are welcome by the audience. However, if we make higher demands on ourselves, especially on the issue of the unity of the three parties, we still need to work hard and need to seriously review.
