在我國人民堅决要求嚴厲鎮壓反革命的時候,爲了更好地教育每一個人,提高對反革命活動的政治警惕性,我們不但應该從我國人民革命鬥爭的歷史中吸收豐富的經驗和教訓;而且應該從國際的革命鬥爭歷史中吸取經驗和教訓。在這裹,我們首先從世界革命的偉大導師列寧和斯大林的著作中,學習由他們所集中起來的鎮壓反革命的經驗和教訓,這應該是具有重天實際意義的工作。列寧和斯大林關於鎮壓反革命的意見,見在他們的許多著作中,這裹所輯的只是一小部分。
