在对十种尘肺(典型硅肺、非典型硅肺、急性进展型硅肺、石棉肺、滑石肺、蜡石肺、硅藻土尘肺、金属铝肺、三氧化二铝肺、黄铁矿熔渣尘肺、焊工尘肺、炭肺、活性炭肺、石墨肺及煤工尘肺)约400例进行了认真的组织学研究的基础上,对各种尘肺气道发生的共通性变化及特殊性变化记述如下。 Ⅰ任何型尘肺均毫无例外地从主支气管到呼吸性细支气管都严重受累。 Ⅱ气道的特征性改变可根据纤维化区或粉尘灶发病机序的不同,而分为下述两种类型:
