自2002年宏威公司首次在亚洲区安装DVD-R生产线,并成功地以4．5秒的周期生产DVD-R以来, 我们已经安装了100多条的SPORTS-Ⅱ DVD-R生产线。 2003年8月,工艺技术的进步使我们再一次在DVD-R 生产技术上取得突破,全新设计的SPORTS-Ⅲ型生产线,配合香港JETCO TECHNOLOGY公司的压模,我们实现了3．2秒的生产工艺,进一步提高了单注塑机生产线的产能。在实际运行中,我们看到SPORTS-Ⅲ型每天的产出超过12000片的DVD-R成品。2003年10月,
Since 2002, the company first installed DVD-R line in Asia and successfully produced DVD-R in 4.5 second cycle, we have installed more than 100 SPORTS-Ⅱ DVD-R production lines. In August 2003, the advancement of technology enabled us once again to make breakthroughs in the production technology of DVD-R.
