探讨如何客观、科学地对高校英语教师业绩进行考核 ,提出了影响英语考试成绩的若干参数 ,以期进一步提高英语教学质量 ,充分调动教师的积极性。
This paper discusses how to objectively and scientifically evaluate the performance of college English teachers and put forward some parameters that affect the English test scores in order to further improve the quality of English teaching and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers.
