In 2001, the American Swimming Coaches Association held a World Swimming Coach Workshop in New Orleans. Forbes Carlyle played at the workshop a set of videos he recorded entitled “The Development of Crawling Techniques.” In this video, Carlyle introduced eight principles to be aware of while walking. This issue appears at the same time these eight principles and reference translation to readers.
