为了进一步提高对气管非金属异物,特别是植物性异物的诊断水平,现将我院误诊气管植物—油脂性异物典型一例报告如下: 典型病例介绍患儿,男性,1岁,因吃饭时突然出现呼吸困难,哮鸣24小时来我院就诊。查体:精神萎靡,面色苍白,呼吸困难,在吸气时可看到胸骨上切迹、胸骨周围和肋间隙凹入。脉搏频数。听诊未闻及拍击响声及湿罗音。
