工程计划体系指的是为确保整个企业的一切有关工程的进度、资源与费用的活动处于有序控制下而设立的一整套的组织结构和相关信息流程。我国的电力基建企业的工程计划管理与国际上先进的工程计划管理相比 ,仍存在相当大的差距 ,目前应主要抓计划体系的完善与意识的提高。意识提高是基础 ,体系完善是保证。在计划体系完善中 ,当务之急是在计算机软硬件、数据库和知识结构等方面的完善。
The project planning system refers to a set of organizational structures and related information processes established to ensure that all activities related to the project progress, resources, and expenses of the entire enterprise are under the orderly control. Compared with the internationally advanced project planning and management, China’s power infrastructure projects still have a considerable gap. At present, we must focus on improving the planning system and raising awareness. The improvement of consciousness is the basis and the system is perfect. In the improvement of the planning system, it is imperative to improve computer hardware and software, databases, and knowledge structures.
