七十年代初以来,数字显示的控制仪表有了很大的发展,并且广泛的应用于石油炼制、化工、塑料、合成纤维等工业。以日本横河电机制作所为例,已开发了一个完整的“BCS”(Batch Control Series)系列。这种仪表用于定量控制、多组份的配比时与模拟显示的控制仪表相比具有独特的优点,甚至是模拟显示控制仪表所不及的。本文介绍一下利用数字控制仪表实现丁苯橡胶生产聚合反应加料流量的自动校正问题。一、聚合反应主要干扰的定性分析丁苯橡胶生产聚合反应进行得好坏,将直接影响橡胶的质量。聚合反应器加料控制系统流量自动校正的设计,就是为了使进聚合釜以前主要扰动得到尽可能的克服,从而保证聚合反应顺利进行。
