随着新课程改革的不断推进,教研改革也正走向深水区,从教材体系到教学内容,从教学观念到教学方法都对教师提出了全新的要求,教师深度教研的必要性也日益凸显。本文主要就教研模式的创新进行分析探讨。
With the continuous advancement of the new curriculum reform, the reform of teaching and research is also moving towards the deep water area. From the textbook system to the teaching content, teachers’ requirements are all raised from the teaching concept to the teaching method. The necessity of in-depth teaching and research of teachers is also increasingly prominent. This article mainly analyzes and discusses the innovation of teaching and research mode.
