再说近年来中国塑料工业如何迅猛发展,似是多余的话;行业协会的桥梁纽带作用也不是一言二语就能说得清楚。却是中国塑料加工工业协会理事长兼秘书长廖正品先生的一句话让我回味许久:行业快速发展几年并不难,难的是稳步发展,持续发展、协调发展。水深流去慢,话短语意长。这可是警醒之言,远虑近忧,尽在里头。如果借此展开话题,定能了解一些协会的新构思新举措。可偏偏遇上岁末年初,正是领导们最为忙碌的日子,既要梳理年终总结,又要谋划来年新篇,尽管如此,我访问这位理事长的念头一直萦回。想不到廖理事长爽快之极欣然应允。融融的冬阳,把暖意满满洒了一地,车行如蚁,我心飞翔。待来得到中国第一街——东长安街6号,我迅步上前,轻轻敲开了中国塑协的大门…… ——主编手记
