The changing trend of the international intellectual property system is aimed at achieving the improvement of the protection standards and the convergence of the legal system. The TRIPS system has replaced the WIPO system to a certain extent and can be regarded as an improvement on the international intellectual property system led by the powerful intellectual property powers . For developing countries, acceding to WTO and accepting TRIPs is not so much voluntary as it is rather forcing. In order to resist this trend, developing countries have developed some effective cooperation mechanisms in related fields in order to contend with developed countries in the construction and implementation of the international intellectual property system.
