档案信息资源开发是指档案管理部门通过采用信息采集加工、存贮输出等方式对处于静态固化状态的馆藏档案信息资源进行系统序化、集成整合,使其静态固化形式得到改变,达到被“系统激活”的目的,成为内容集中准确、查询快速简捷、利用方便系统的档案信息资源整体,从而实现档案信息资源活化与档案信息资源共享目的的业务活动过程。笔者结合自身工作经验,就档案信息资源开发的类型与实施方法,谈几点拙见。
