目的 探讨两类移行上皮细胞癌中端粒酶活性和脆性组氨酸三联基因 (FHIT)缺失率 ,从而区别两类移行上皮细胞癌的生物学特性。 方法 采用TRAP HSLC定量检测端粒酶活性 ,原位PCR检测FHIT基因缺失率。 结果 两类移行上皮细胞癌端粒酶活性不同 ,Ⅰ类癌第一主峰面积一般 <30 0 0 ,Ⅱ类癌第一主峰面积往往 >30 0 0 ;Ⅰ类癌FHIT基因表达缺失率为 4 / 15 ,Ⅱ类癌FHIT基因表达缺失率为 8/ 11,阳性率差别具有显著性意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。 结论 两类移行上皮细胞癌具有不同的生物学特性
Objective To investigate the telomerase activity and the deletion rate of FHIT in two types of transitional cell carcinoma, so as to distinguish the biological characteristics of two types of transitional cell carcinoma. Methods The telomerase activity was detected by TRAP HSLC. The deletion rate of FHIT gene was detected by in situ PCR. Results The telomerase activity of the two types of transitional epithelial carcinoma was different. The first main peak area of type Ⅰ carcinoma was generally <30 000, the first main peak area of type Ⅱ carcinoma was often> 30 000, and the deletion rate of FHIT gene in type Ⅰ carcinoma was 4 / 15, Ⅱ type FHIT gene deletion rate of 8/11, the positive rate difference was significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion Two types of transitional cell carcinoma have different biological characteristics
