目前,国内制造人造大理石所用的不饱和聚酯树脂一般采用196~#、191~#等通用型品种。这些树脂,在固化时,放热峰温度高,达190℃,固体收缩率较大,一般超过8％,粘度偏低,所制得的人造大理石产品易变形。尤其在制造大理石洁具(如浴盆、面盆等)时,模具损耗大,产品有裂缝,成品率低。湖南岳阳石化总厂涤纶厂研制成功的BL-102型不饱和聚酯树脂,是属于柔韧型树脂,
