对学生进行思想政治教育是班主任的主要工作之一,随着社会经济的快速发展,对于职业学校提出了新的要求,为国家为社会培养政治坚定、品德高尚、专业特长、技能优秀的合格实用人才显得尤为紧迫,思想政治教育工作在职业学校的作用日益突出。本文通过对日常工作中的一个学生个案的评析,探索对于不同的学生不同的特点采取多种思想政治教育的方法来达到教育目的的做法。
Ideological and political education for students is one of the main tasks of the class teacher. With the rapid social and economic development, new requirements have been put forward for vocational schools and the government has cultivated qualified and practical students with strong political stances, high moral standards, professional expertise and excellent skills for the society Talent seems particularly urgent, and the role of ideological and political education in vocational schools has become increasingly prominent. Through the analysis of one student case in daily work, this article explores the practice of adopting multiple ways of ideological and political education for different characteristics of different students to achieve their educational goals.
