通过胎盘的重金属,关系到胎儿的生长及发育。这些金属中有的具有毒性。重金属的转运,既与其本身在循环系统和在羊水及胎盘系统中的浓度有关,也与胎膜的选择性渗透作用有关。由于取样及定量均不易,因此欲获得可作为比较的结果常极困难。资料与方法本文研究40例分娩期从脐带、母血及胎盘中测定的铜、锌、铬、镉、铅五种金属浓度。
The heavy metal that passes through the placenta is related to the growth and development of the fetus. Some of these metals are toxic. The transport of heavy metals is both related to its own concentration in the circulatory system and amniotic fluid and placental system, and also with the selective infiltration of the fetal membranes. Because sampling and quantification are not easy, obtaining results that can be compared is often extremely difficult. Materials and Methods In this study, 40 samples of copper, zinc, chromium, cadmium and lead from the umbilical cord, maternal blood and placenta during childbirth were studied.
