目的:为研究胆囊炎症时胆囊局部,细胞免疫功能,探讨免疫反应与炎症发展和病理改变的关系。方法:用OK系列单克隆抗体及ABC染色法对8例正常人和27例慢性结石性胆囊炎病人胆囊粘膜T淋巴细胞亚群进行了检测。结果:慢性结石性胆囊炎病人胆囊粘膜固有层内有大量淋巴细胞浸润,T3细胞、T4细胞和T8细胞均明显增高(P<0.001),T4/T8比值为1.75±0.1明显高于正常1.18±0.34。而且随病程延长和症状加重,胆囊固有层T淋巴细胞亚群数量明显增高。结论:慢性结石性胆囊炎时胆囊粘膜T淋巴细胞亚群间比例失调及异常分布与胆囊组织损伤和纤维化有关。
OBJECTIVE: To study the local and cellular immune function of gallbladder during cholecystitis, and to explore the relationship between immune response and inflammation development and pathological changes. Methods: T - lymphocyte subsets in gallbladder mucosa of 8 normal subjects and 27 patients with chronic calcific cholecystitis were detected by OK series monoclonal antibody and ABC staining method. Results: There was a large number of lymphocytic infiltrates in the gallbladder mucosa lamina propria of patients with chronic calcific cholecystitis. The T3, T4 and T8 cells were significantly increased (P <0.001), and the ratio of T4 / T8 was 1.75 ± 0.1 Significantly higher than normal 1.18 ± 0.34. And with the extended duration and symptoms, the number of lamina propria T lymphocytes increased significantly. Conclusion: The proportion of gallbladder mucosa T lymphocyte subsets imbalance and abnormal distribution of gallbladder tissue injury and fibrosis are related to chronic calcific cholecystitis.
