文章回顾总结了近二十年来我国经济法学基础理论研究的简要历程,划分了经济法学基础理论研究的两个重要阶段;对我国经济法学基础理论研究发展的原因和经济法学基础理论研究的三大成果进行了概括;并对今后我国经济法学基础理论研究方向与研究方法提出了见解。
The article reviews and summarizes the brief history of the basic theory of economic law in the past 20 years in our country and divides the two important stages in the study of basic theory of economic law. It analyzes the reasons for the development of the basic theory of economic law in our country and the three major theories of economic law The achievements were summarized; and the future of China’s economic law basic theory research direction and research methods put forward opinions.
