在进行土建工程项目建设的过程中,由于涉及的因素较多,因此项目建设中所消耗的资金也比较多,但资金损耗的增加势必会导致项目建设企业经济效益的降低,进而引发资金链断裂、企业倒闭等问题的发生,不利于建设企业的持续发展。对此,本文通过对土建工程造价全过程进行管理和控制,以期提高土建工程造价控制水平,从而更好的满足土建工程建设需求。
