The official seal of the press release appears to have become an unwritten system. Journalists and correspondents to write manuscripts, to be interviewed by the leadership of the unit or I look over the head, that the facts reported, this is beyond reproach. As for the manuscripts affixed with official seals, such as intended to indicate that the interviewed unit leaders agree on the attitude of the report, in order to maintain the authenticity of the news, may also be considered. However, what the newspaper editorial office sees from a large number of daily contributions is that the vast majority of manuscripts are covered with official seals, and most of these official seals are not the interviewers but the work units of the correspondent himself. There is a correspondent who works in the County Mineral Resources Office and has written many articles on production and work at the village and township level. He always covers the official seal of the Mineral Resources Office.
